Terms of Service
Use of SunFace Design’s service constitutes acceptance and agreement to SunFace Design’s AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) as well as SunFace Design’s TOS (Terms of Service). From here within this TOS, AUP and SLA, the usage of “us” “we” “our” or “ours” shall constitute reference to SunFace Design, the company and any affiliated sites run or administered by SunFace Design, Inc. The usage of “you” “your” “they” or “them” shall refer to the client/customer of SunFace Design.
Acceptance of Contractual Agreement
- Client agrees that by placing an order, either by electronic ordering (web order form) or submission of a written contract, and receipt of such order by SunFace Design, that you are agreeing to our TOS, AUP and SLA. No modification of said contract by the customer is allowed.
- SunFace Design will provide, and customer will purchase and pay for, the services and service fees specified in the order for the applicable service description. Customer acknowledges that the service and service fees have been communicated to the customer and that they are aware of all applicable charges as per the contract, AUP, SLA and TOS. Customer also understands that any promotional offers must be specified in contractual terms, will be applicable only for the duration of that specific contract.
Items that may not be handled by our company
In no form is sexually explicit or violent content allowed to reside on websites designed by SunFace Design. Basically, anything offensive or otherwise not widely accepted by the general public will not be allowed. We are a family oriented company and do not want to be associated with questionable content. We reserve the right to cease any ongoing work for any client that we feel is violating our content policies. The Client will be responsible for paying for our service up until that time. Also, SunFace Design will not tolerate any illegally posted materials on our websites. These include, but may not be limited to:
- Copyrighted Software
- Child pornography
- Credit Card Fraud Information
- Copyrighted media, including but not limited to: video, music, TV and radio

Payment and Fees
Establishment of service through SunFace Design is contingent upon receipt of payment from the customer to SunFace Design. Credit cards that are declined for any reason are subject to a $10.00 declination fee.
Delinquent Accounts
SunFace Design, Inc. may temporarily halt design work or terminate this agreement upon failure of the customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees or any collection fees.
Domain Management
For your information privacy you are the owner of the domain name, and we are only the domain administrator. We will not make any changes to your domain without your confirmation. Your domain name is subject to your purchasing it from your web host service or other agent.
Account Cancellation
All requests for cancelling any contract or service with us must be made in writing via e-mail to support@sunfacedesign.com. at least seven (7) days prior to cancellation.
Refunds and Disputes
All payments to SunFace Design are non-refundable. This includes any custom artwork or stock or custom photography costs and domain name registration or hosting fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reporting within thirty (30) days of the time the dispute occurred. A disputed charge to your credit card issuer, also known as a chargeback, in SunFace Design’s discretion, which is valid under the terms and conditions of SLA, AUP and TOS, will result in work termination.
Data Backups
SunFace Design is not responsible for the backup or restoration of any data. We strongly recommend that you use the backup options in your host server’s control panel and keep copies of your data off-site for emergency purposes. If data loss occurs, for any reason, it is the client’s responsibility for data restoration. SunFace Design shall not be liable for loss of data under any circumstances.
